“My purpose is to help people thrive in life, to restore a sense of balance in the body by reducing or eliminating pain.”
I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for holistic healing and wellness. I completed 705 hours of training at the Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, Washington where I studied Swedish Massage, Clinical Massage Treatments, Pregnancy Massage, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy and Structural Integration. Since obtaining my massage therapy license in October 2016, I've been committed to helping my clients achieve a healthier, pain-free life.
My journey into massage therapy began early in my life when I saw firsthand the benefits of alternative therapies. After my mother was diagnosed with COPD, I witnessed how chiropractic and naturopathic medicine, combined with traditional Western Medicine, allowed her to live a more fulfilling life. This experience fueled my desire to help others through the healing power of massage.
I specialize in working with active individuals who lead vibrant lifestyles and are passionate about sports, hiking, running, swimming, and biking. Throughout my practice, I've helped clients of all ages find relief from chronic conditions like shoulder pain, headaches, neck tension, and lower back pain. I utilize a variety of techniques, including massage, cupping therapy, and PNF Stretch Therapy, or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, to create a personalized approach for each client. By focusing on releasing tight muscles and alleviating discomfort, I help my clients stay active and perform at their best in the activities they love.
In 2019, I expanded my skills by becoming certified in Cupping Therapy. This ancient technique is highly effective in reducing muscle tension, breaking down adhesions (knots), and releasing overall tension in various areas of the body.
I believe that true healing is a journey that begins within. Through regular massage therapy sessions, I aim to help you release physical tension, allowing your body and spirit to thrive.
